About the Team
This is Janar Sutt
Founding Partner at Baltic Consulting Team with over 15 years of experience in management consulting. During his tenure at the Swedish Trade Council / Business Sweden Baltikum, he supported numerous Swedish companies in navigating the Baltic markets.
Janar has extensive experience in advisory assignments, including market research, customer and supplier mapping and providing operational business support. He is also engaged in numerous Swedish initiatives in Estonia and Estonian initiatives in Sweden.

About the Team
This is Elina Rantanen
Elina is an experienced senior project manager with vast competence from many industries in the Nordics. Elina has worked for almost 20 years with varying company assingments with the ultimate goal to promote Swedish interests, mainly by growing exports and attracting foreign investments.
Through her work as senior project leader, Elina has worked with offering advisory services to private and public clients. Elina has experience from market checks to start-ups and heavy industry analysis to multinationals; Sales channel optimization for companies establishing business on a new market or developing business on an existing market.
15 years of experience of working with the Swedish mining and minerals sector pushing forward cooperation on domestic market in order to position globally, the Swedish way of operating mines, in a sustainable way. Additional industry competence Elina has from maritime and arctic industries, but also battery industry and semiconductor, the latter ones based on Nordic collaboration.

This is Nerijus Cereska
Nerijus has a strong understanding of the Nordic business environment, gained through his experience as an associate for Lithuania at Business Sweden. He is a dedicated advocate for Lithuania's tech and business opportunities, focusing on export growth including startups, SMEs and multinational enterprises.
His expertise spans market research and analysis within the ICT sector and industry. Nerijus has supported Swedish companies in identifying potential tech partners, driving export sales, and executing supplier and establishment projects in Lithuania. With an M.Sc. in International Business, he combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach to enable successful ventures in the tech ecosystem.
