The founding partner Janar Sutt has worked 13 years within management consulting at the Swedish Trade Council / Svenska Exportrådet / Business Sweden Baltikum and has assisted various types of Swedish companies on the Baltic market. Prior he established Baltic Consulting Team he worked with a listed Swedish IT company and established their operations along with localising the software, setting up the company with a team and creating the customer base.
