What a programme includes
A schedule of confirmed meetings with selected companies, potential partners, customers, public authorities and other key stakeholders, plus site visits. We also handle the schedule, logistics and on-the-ground coordination during the visit.

Who the programmes are for
Companies, organisations and delegations, often CEOs, export managers and business development managers who are considering the Baltic market. Most programmes run for two or three days and are built around your goals.
Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
We are based in Tallinn and run programmes in all three countries. Each has its own business culture and decision-makers, so we build the programme around the country, or countries, that fit your plans. In Lithuania the work is led by Nerijus Cereska, Business Sweden's former associate for Lithuania.
Why Baltic Consulting Team
Our team comes from Business Sweden and the Swedish Trade Council, and we work in Swedish, Estonian, Lithuanian and English. We are members of the Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce in Estonia, where Janar Sutt is a former vice chair.
